Disney is launching themed residential condominium
That`s true?..Disney is everywhere. Movies, series, streaming, parks, toys and now in condominiums. Exactly?..The company will launch a themed residential complex.
The "Storyliving by Disney" project will have homes designed by the company's creative team and the intention is for people to have vibrant experiences inspired by the "magic" of the parks.
According to the project, the first unit will have 1,900 housing units. It will be launched in the city of Rancho Mirage, California, United States - a place where Walt Disney himself lived. The company is studying other regions.
The environment, called Cotino, will have Disney employees to manage community actions as in a club. That's why residents will have access to exclusive experiences: wellness programming, entertainment ranging from live performances to cooking classes, seminars, among others.
In addition, the complex ? which will have a turquoise lake ? will accommodate a hotel by the sea, space for shopping and restaurants.
Disney said it is suitable for all ages, but residents over 55 will have an exclusive space in the condominium.
The public will be able to visit Cotino by purchasing daily tickets. For now, the value of the accommodation and financing options have not been announced. Disney also did not disclose when the construction ? developed in partnership with the construction company DMB Development ? ??will start and be ready.
The company spares no efforts to create new business fronts as long as they make sense with its purpose: to make people happy with its storytelling.
In other words, the group's idea of ??being an Infinite Organization is to explore the possibilities of being present in people's daily lives.
To wrap it up, here's what Josh D'Amaro, president of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, said about the now-popular residential complex: "As we prepare to enter the second century of our history, we are developing new ways to and exciting ways to bring the magic of Disney to people wherever they are, moving from storytelling to storyliving.? The magic of Disney is always surprising us!
